My first cake made with the new KA! I love it!

This is the recipe for salt cake typical of Liguria.

It 's easy as preparation and success is assured. But you must have time for rising. By the way, while I rise, you do the other! :)

I put on slices of tomatoes and oregano, plus some moisture from the tomatoes that I really like.

If you prefer you can prepare it simply with oil and salt, without garnish the surface, it will become more crisp, but maintain a soft heart.

What I like best of all is with slices of cipolla ma ai miei bimbi no, e quindi, mi sono sacrificata!! Altre idee di guarnizione possono essere: olive, rosmarino, erbe fresche miste oppure peperoni affettati sottilmente e saltati in padella.
