Although the entire entourage film world theme cornerstone of the work was not the easiest to treat, many have been skepticism about the seventh feature film directed by Bryan Singer, and immediately made themselves known. Valkyrie was immediately presented to the public as a work full of doubts and disputes regarding the many different areas of production.

Making a film on the attack on July 20, 1944 is without a doubt been found original and fully realized, and so far we give due regard to the script written by Christopher McQuarrie and Nathan Alexander (also remodeled by the same Singer), and indeed , these events would never happen in reality, it would almost certainly from a screenplay Oscar. Moreover, if we reflect on how difficult and exhausting production a historical film that reflects at least a clear 90% of the events we certainly do not blame the high cost of Singer and crew to follow him.

Alas, though, the patches would not go on forever of course, ultimately highlighting the effective and comprehensive account of Valkyrie, a film depicting historical events deeply passably interesting.

Andandone to analyze the individual components is definitely one of the rotten everywhere, indeed, the skill of the director is not objective at all questioned in this work. In fact, Singer has the merit of offering, to give examples, and a finale involving a strong emotional focus, the interesting shots short, quick scenes of high tension and idealized narrative prolepsis equally fascinating. But what

fully embodies its failure is not being able to forge a direction that penetrate deeply into the script. This error that proved fatal, and is present mainly in the protagonist's emotional shortcomings Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg, played by Tom Cruise. Unfortunately for Singer, was precisely what most catches the eye of film critics worldwide. In practice, the will of the creators of Valkyrie to emphasize that not all the Germans have followed the ideological lines the Führer and those who, in one way or another, have become actively involved in the tackle under the Reich, it was not completely transformed into something concrete.

By its nature, therefore, the various criticisms about it not have saved some of Tom Cruise. Accused of having play as a sort of 007 of the Wehrmacht, Cruise was unable to give his character the emotional well-marked boundaries, making it look a little more than a man all of a piece devoted only to the orders and the reason why fights. The blame for all this is certainly not only him but also, as mentioned above, just applied to the hand of Singer, which was to draw a shape much more humane officer tedesco.

The rest of the crew includes, among many, many old or assiduous knowledge of Bryan Singer, including the aforementioned John Ottman (also responsible for the assembly) and cinematographer Newton Thomas Sigel.

Valkyrie then goes to stand in that list of features worthy of small but interesting artistic considerations, regarding activism against the regime and the crimes it committed in Germany during the Third Reich.

Gli interrogativi largest concentrated strictly on director Roland Joffe, who, twice nominated for an Oscar in two years (1984-1986) for Mission and The Killing Fields, seemed a tad unlikely he could create a film of such a low level. It has even come to think that the Joffe had turned bad on purpose because in some parts of the grotesque and the insane film far outweigh the tension and terror that should have been hiding within it. All this is in fact replaced by obvious and trivial events that are not only decrease the already small percentage of this voltage, also the few attempts to bring the episodes on the floor should not be claustrophobic successful and the subtle taste of the thriller does not get married with the lofty ideas more typically splatter scenes.
only positive can be considered a change of position of the character of Gary, played by Daniel Gillies, who probably stands as an event called less whole, and which, in one way or another, cut off most of the facts hitherto presented. Facts that are presented by a cast of discrete level but certainly not excelled. The events revolve mainly around Elisha Cuthbert, who plays Jennifer Tree model. The actress shows discrete interpretative qualities that become questionable scenes, but a bit 'more tragic or those che accentuano quel carattere claustrofobico che detta, o meglio dovrebbe dettare, legge nel susseguirsi delle scene.

Un flop su quasi tutti i fronti quindi, una produzione di infimo livello artistico che potrebbe, ancor più col passare degli anni, rivelarsi un autentico buco nero nella carriera del regista anglo-francese.

Antichrist

Genere: Horror/Drammatico
Anno: 2009
Nazione: Danimarca/Germania/Francia/Italia/Svezia/Polonia
Production: Meta Louise Foldager
Distribution: Lucky Red
Director: Lars Von Trier Cast
: Wlllem Dafoe, Charlotte Gainsbourg
ITA Output: 2009
Length: 100 minutes

The film follows function? A cornerstone of psycho-emotional cinema.

A name Lars Von Trier, a filmmaker from the soul brave and visionary. Antichrist, presented to the infamous "Festival de Cannes" has been reviewed a case from the beginning and shock without second thoughts. A pity to realize that the film in question has been judged very poorly by almost every critic and jury of this world.

In fact I have reason to believe that the creative process of Trier in scare people and make them tiny fragments of life before such spectacular cruelty. Antichrist is in fact a film that destroys, destroys, corrupts all forms of ethics, any form of religion, and what people do not accept is the fact that the film represents the real madness segregated within us all. Pure Cinema.

Movie:

masterpiece you must first of the three key people that made it effective: Willem Dafoe and Charlotte Gainsbourg and Lars Von Trier. A couple. Lots of sex. Little care of a child. The key concepts. During sexual intercourse, two individuals do not pay attention to an infant son who recklessly (childishly), is ousted in an attempt to fly with her teddy bear bear.
The mother does not seem to get past the affair, even after months. He decides to accept the help of her husband, a therapist a little cynical. Returned to the scene of the death of his son, a place called Eden, nestled in the woods, the woman begins to lose control of himself ...
The rest of the story can not be revealed, it is left to the courage of the viewer. A dark and brutal film. A film that Trier has developed for himself. An R-rated movie to the public.

The Director:

The director uses various imaging techniques during the making of the film. There are various scenes in "Moviola," those that arouse more fear. Another shooting technique is that of hand-held camera used to perfection to make plausible and involving violent and bloody scenes. A choice that cost him the censure of several times preposterous. Colors, music, atmosphere grotesque outline this magnificent visual novel to some, to others obscene.

Development:

The film is divided into: Prologue, Chapter One, two, three, four and epilogue. This decision of the division into chapters of the same duration each, reminiscent of a little one made by Neil Armfield's masterpiece "Candy" starring Heath Ledger and Abbie Cornish extraordinary (2006).
The subdivision is designed, developed and assembled so that the viewer knows, before continuing with the vision, what is going to encounter, but above all know that what is going to happen it will leave 'breathless and with a feeling of paralysis. A violent film and because psychological crowd, the atmosphere tracing, designed by Marilyn Manson in Holywood. A film that sweats malice, mutilation, masochism and fear mixed together and served on a silver platter with a side of blood and merciless sense not claustrophobic. A rising tide of hatred and violence. A spectacular acting by the protagonists that leaves no room for the making of ...

a dreamlike journey from the final ambiguous far from obvious.

But what makes the news today is not the script for this sequel, but the buzz around a possible candidacy of former rocker Rob Zombie as a director of the film. The first-time director has shown interest in the saga for some time, this is your statement to the microphones to MTV: "I'd do a movie with corsairs and pirates.
